My husband and I just had an incredible experience working with Melissa to purchase our first home! Melissa was always there for us through the whole house searching process which can be very stressful and at times disheartening. Any time we wanted to see a house Melissa was very responsive and we were also able to get in contact with her with any questions. One day in particular she drove out to see a home we were interested in 2 times in one day so we could show a family member. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and was educating us through the whole process. We knew we were in good hands! I honestly can’t stress enough what a miracle we experienced when we found our dream house. The house is beautiful with so much Character! It’s even had a wood working shop and my husband is a wood worker. The location couldn’t be more perfect as well. My husband and I didn’t think we had a chance because there were 10 offers on this house! Because Melissa got in contact with the sellers agent, she was able to tell the seller about our family. Unbelievably the seller accepted our offer even though he had a higher offer on the table. We were amazed and so grateful we were able to purchase this beautiful home! This would not have happened without the thoughtful care and attention that Melissa gave us! She is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
